INVESTMENT FUND MANAGERS S.A. was incorporated in December 2003 and its sole shareholder is UBP Eastern European Partners Ltd. The operational activity was commenced in April 2004 on the basis of a licence granted by the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority (KNF, www.knf.gov.pl). The share capital amounts to PLN 1.675.000. The management is composed of Aleksander Jawień - President of the Management Board and Izabela Piecuch-Jawień – Vice-President. The Supervisory Board is composed of Mr. Artur Chabowski, Ms. Wioletta Buczek, Mr. Dariusz Kowalski, Mr. Łukasz Krause and Mr. Jacek Jawień.
